HDS - Steam Extraction Hood
- Designed for areas with intense steam output.
- Prevents corrosion of the duct and fan system.
- Module production in each dimension
High performance condensing type hoods are designed for use in places where water vapor is high (laundry, dishwasher and tea stoves).
The inner walls of the hood are covered with condensate skirts to capture the maximum amount of water vapor. The exhaust air, which comes with an intense amount of steam, slams into the condensate skirts so that the water vapor is converted into water particles. These particles are collected and collected in condensate pans. The accumulated water is discharged through the valves in the condensate trays.

The condensing hood is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The main elements are collected by means of easy-to-assemble seals. Seals and welded joints are used where necessary.
The hood is rounded, free of burrs, and has a condensate channel that covers the hood all around.
There are two condensation trays in the hoods. This pan is welded and sealed.
There is a drain valve on both sides for draining the collected water. The bottom shells are sealed to prevent harmful water from dripping.
