DML- Linear Grille

 

DML Linear Grille is used as suction and blow grille in ventilation and air conditioning systems. At systems such as; fan-coil, convector, radiator where the systems require a stylish design and decorative appearance to adapt to the architecture of the devices because of the blowing and suction nozzles, the DML Grilles are the most preferred product.

Suitable for horizontal or vertical applications. In horizontal applications, when installed near the ceiling (200-300 mm), it creates a ‘’coanda’’ effect.

DML consists of two main parts of the body and the fixed wing group. It is welded to the inclined angled joints of the outer frame. then stoned. Thus, the junction points become almost invisible. The blown air is distributed angled through the place thanks to the standard curved blade structure.

Casings and wings are manufactured from special aluminum profiles. Alternatively, it can be produced in the case of stainless steel, if required, it can have a flat blade structure. It has two frame sizes of 22 mm and 32 mm. The mounting can be selected according to customer demand screwed, latched, ceiling typed, or with clips. As standard, the product is painted in RAL 9010 color with Electrostatic Powder Coating process. It can be dyed in other RAL codes upon customer request or it can be produced in matt aluminum anodized coating or in raw state when metal appearance is desired. The air damper is supplied with a special damper switch when the air adjustment is desired. DML is manufactured as standard unless specified in the order.
