DMK Access Grille is used in ventilation and air conditioning systems to absorb the intake air from the space, transfer it to the heat sink sources such as hidden type fan-coil, split air conditioner, vrv placed in suspended ceiling / ceiling and to intervene in the devices.
It is recommended to be used in horizontal applications.
DMK consists of two main parts of the body and wing group. It is welded to the inclined angled joints of the outer frame and then ground. Thus, the junction points become almost invisible. The distance between the wings is 12x12 mm. The flap of the flap group is open-close. The effective field has a lower pressure loss value because it is slightly lower than the other orifices.
The frame is made of special extruded aluminum profile and its wings are made of aluminum sheet. It has two frame sizes of 22 mm and 32 mm. Mounting shape can be selected from inside or outside by customer according to customer demand. Door lock mechanism can be made with latch, snap and key. As standard, the product is painted in RAL 9010 color with Electrostatic Powder Coating process. It can be dyed in other RAL codes upon customer request or it can be produced in matt aluminum anodized coating or in raw state when metal appearance is desired. It should be preferred to use fiber filter when they are used for transferring the space air to hidden type units. DMK is manufactured as standard, unless specified in the order.
